At Nooar, we are committed to providing our customers with superior quality products at affordable prices. Our products are sold only online in limited quantities and availability. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible via our Services. Please be aware, however, that variations in style, color, size, shape and look may occur. If you are not satisfied your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of your original payment method or store credit.
You will be not be charged when you place your Pre-Order, but only when products are ready for shipment. At any point until then, you may cancel your order by emailing us at email@example.com.
We will do our best to ship Pre-Orders as soon as possible, but if for any reason we experience an unexpected delay, we will do our best to inform you.
If we're unable to ship your Pre-Order one-year from order placement, we'll automatically provide a full refund. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.
When placing a Pre-Order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your Product being shipped by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will NOT be charged at the time of placing a Pre-Order, but credit card authorization is required.
If the Company is unable to commence shipping of a Pre-Order Product on or before the one-year anniversary of your placing the Pre-Order for that Product, you will not be charged automatically. Nooar doesn’t store your credit card information and all pre-orders are handled through the Partial.ly, a Shopify payment platform. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal and others as made available. Your placing of a Pre-Order constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time.
We will accept cancellations of non-customized pre-ordered items before the order has shipped.
